Billy Cole has always had a zeal for photography, but his hobby turned into a profession when he got noticed for his street photography in 2010. National Geographic invited him to travel to New Orleans, where he took photos of the aftermath of the BP oil spill and captured the essence of New Orleans. After returning to California, Billy exhibited his work from the Occupy movement and got nominated for SF Raw Photographer of the Year for his unique photojournalism. After joining Orange as an Associate Photographer, he quickly moved up the ranks as Staff Photographer. Billy is known for his professionalism and friendly demeanor that will put anyone at ease.
