Footprint

Our ideal footprint is a 10×20 foot area but we request a 10×10 minimum area. For smaller spaces than the minimum, the  experience will be compromised for the guests but is still doable.

Client/Venue to provide

Here are things we need at the venue :

  1. Access to 110V / 20A power

  2. Access to a WiFi network

  3. Two highboy tables or similar tables

  4. Appropriate load-in and parking info (we usually have a cart of gear)

Ways to manage guest flow/waitlist

Tailoring the management of the headshot station to suit the nature of the event opens up innovative avenues for optimizing guest flow. Consider, for instance, an expo floor scenario where an exhibitor hosts the station; here, strategically fostering a long line could effectively draw more traffic to the booth while facilitating increased interaction with guests. Leveraging our expertise, we find that a blend of first-come, first-served approach alongside pre-registration yields the most favorable guest experience.

Outlined below are the anticipated outputs based on various flow strategies:

  1. First-come, first-served only:
    • Expected throughput: 20-25 guests per hour per station.
    • Typically, we allocate 2-3 minutes per guest and capture 6-12 images.
    • If retouching is part of the activation, guests may spend additional time selecting the image for retouching (an extra 3-4 minutes).
  2. First-come, first-served with pre-event registration:
    • Similar throughput: 20-25 guests per hour per station.
    • Attendees with reservations are granted priority access, allowing them to bypass the line and check in with our assistant.
  3. First-come, first-served with onsite reservations:
    • Comparable output as above, but with dedicated personnel managing onsite reservations for streamlined coordination.

This approach ensures optimal efficiency and guest satisfaction across diverse event scenarios.
