Photography competitions are numerous and we’ve entered our share including those on WPJA where we’ve won numerous awards, and the annual PDN Top Knots competitions as well. I’m currently a judge for the CPI P3 Image Competition.
There’s a section on there about the judging panel and I’ve just finished going through the entries. It’s a bit exhausting to go through so many images, but also fun to see the work. I’ve heard a lot about the POY judging, (one of – if not THE most prestigious photojournalistic competitions) and can sympathize with the work it takes to judge at any level.
