All options are accessible through your client portal automatically sent with each booking. Portal Info./Invoice reminders then follow automatically and are sent to any provided email address

Coordinate directly with your sales associate on how to set this up.  We can accept bank transfers as well, and can provide our bank routing number, etc.

Can we own full copyright of all the images?

Depending on what you book package-wise there are different licensing terms.  By default, US Copyright law states that at the moment of creation, the owner of the copyright is the author so Orange Photography would own the copyright but we often include a level of licensing appropriate to most of your needs.

You can definitely post them to your blog!

Our clients often realize the value of our delivered images as digital assets for social media/blog/Facebook web spaces. You can feel free to use the standard resolution images we’ve already delivered in this non-commercial promotional context and we always appreciate your use of the photo credit ‘Images by Orange Photography’ in the gallery/image subtitle, but this accreditation is not required.

While we do prefer receiving an e-signature, we can also create a PDF of your chosen package and receive a signature via fax or snail-mail. This option is much slower and more cumbersome and is not recommended for short lead-time events.

When do I add tax to a package?

We follow standard California business tax law and our standard digital delivery protocol allows us to avoid adding sales tax to photography services.

Tax is necessary with hard deliverables (i.e. prints, disc of images, etc.) and is applied to your invoice if such products are included.  This includes packages that include print packages, a photobooth, on-site printing or any DVD delivery.

Does Orange charge travel fees?

Travel fees may apply if the job is more than 50 miles from photographer’s base location. Fees are charged on per mile basis beyond 50 miles and maybe include lodging accommodation if location is more than 2 hours from base location.
