Personal Assistant/Marketing Coordinator
Location: Denver, CO (part-time, with flexibility for travel as needed)
I am seeking a motivated and versatile Personal Assistant to support me in multiple capacities. I am a seasoned professional managing a photography agency based in San Francisco for over 20 years, with clients nationwide. Recently, I have relocated part-time to Denver to manage an Airbnb rental, expand my photography business locally, and work on a photography book project. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse and creative projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing and Content Creation:
- Develop blog posts and manage social media channels for the photography agency and book project.
- Design and implement creative campaigns to engage audiences and promote services.
- Outreach to non profits to create awareness about our giving back program and manage these type of engagements
2. Photography Support:
- Edit photos from various events and ensure high-quality output.
- Assist onsite for photoshoots and projects, locally and nationally.
3. Airbnb Property Management:
- Serve as a cohost for the Airbnb property, providing on-premise support when needed.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience by coordinating operations and addressing inquiries.
4. Book Project Assistance:
- Conduct outreach and coordinate interviews for the photography book.
- Research, organize materials, and manage timelines related to the book’s development.
Qualifications:
1. Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Lightroom (LR) and possess a strong understanding of photographic visual language.
- Familiarity with photo editing and creative software is a plus.
2. Project Management Expertise:
- Skilled in project management tools and task management techniques.
- Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
3. Personal Attributes:
- Highly organized, self-directed, and proactive in completing tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to travel for projects as needed and adapt to dynamic schedules.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this role is $25–$30, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Onsite rates start at $40/hr depending on type of engagement.
