Today we shot the Topping-Out of The Contemporary Jewish Museum here in San Francisco. As Wikipedia defines it, topping out is: is a ceremony done when the last beam is placed at the top of a building. The interior of the building shown here is the main wall that was preserved from the Jessie Street Power Substation and has been integrated into architect Daniel Libeskind’s design. It was interesting to see how the structure looked from the inside as compared to how it will look when completed.
