This was a shot that Anka Urbahn took during a shoot at the new space before we moved in. The shoot was in March and the model is Marcy Porter, a professional figure athlete who had just competed in the 2005 San Francisco Pro Figure Championships.
Obviously this is using the ring flash, which we don’t use too frequently but has a really signature look…
