Toyota Leap inspired by Jack Reznicki
In the advertising world (where a lot of our background comes from) there were the awards for the creations that never made the client cut, many of which were the best creative executions for various campaigns. Not quite along those lines, but fun nonetheless are the test shots we have to do to get lighting set for our shoots. This was the […]

On-Site Printing fun

One of our most popular offerings of late is on-site printing and this weekend we did a ton of that. Friday night started things off at the Hiller Aviation Museum and Institute for one of our clients’ parties. I just looked through the edits from that shoot and found a good “Where’s Waldo” shot of the main area of one of the rooms that was used. You can see the area we have the lights set up [...]

Scott can’t keep his mind off the wonderful experience at Blue Water in the Warehouse District and has to call and share his experience – especially the wonderful service which we all agreed outshined the food. It was our little reward for redefining success from our first seminar for the Orange Exposure Professional Network.

After arriving late on Saturday evening I decided to check out Sixth Street since earlier in the evening there was a kickoff party for Imaging USA at Maggie Mae’s where I had been in my undergrad days at UT. Camera malfunctions

Tonight I was shooting an event as the San Francisco Museum of Modern art and as I was browsing through the shots there were two that were recorded in some strange way and actually came out pretty neat. This is the cooler looking of the two. Sometimes the digital errors can turn out pretty neat.

Working with Kids

So today we shot another holiday party and we got to work with a lot of kids. This guy was pretty cool. He wanted to play video games on the laptop while I was printing photos from Santa’s photo booth. In the end I let him play some Moon Patrol and Galaga. It seemed like he dug Galaga the most – a good choice.

“DEA, Go Away”

Right around the corner just now there apparently was a DEA bust of a medicinal marijuana dispensary on 9th Street. There were protestors on hand chanting “DEA Go Away!” – you saw it here first on Orange – all the local news media outlets were also on hand.
