Through group portfolio reviews, discussions, and exercises, this two-day workshop will help photographers to begin to perceive the essence of their way of seeing the world.
A workshop for amateurs and professionals alike, the weekend will begin with careful reviews of each photographer’s work. Alex and Rebecca, a creative team who often edit projects and books together, will explore with the class a series of topics, including the relationship between images (such as the sequencing and interaction of photographs), the emotional and psychological implications of working in color vs. black and white; and how long-term projects evolve into books and exhibitions.
