Having been in business for over two decades, our website has effectively showcased our work. However, it’s been more than five years since we last made any significant updates. This past month, we undertook the task of revamping it. Given the evolution within our industry and our company structure, the old website felt dated, reflecting assets from a time when our team was much larger.

During the redesign process, our primary goal was to offer a clear pathway to our service offerings and their related portfolios. This website update marks the initiation of our internal efforts to enhance client service. As the competitive landscape continues to evolve, with advancements such as AI, we are planning projects for the upcoming year to:

  1. Enhance feedback mechanisms for our talent and customer service.
  2. Elevate the quality and creativity of our headshot activations.
  3. Emphasize the service levels provided by our principal talent.
  4. Better showcase technologies to improve guest experience such as facial recognition delivery

These initiatives reflect our commitment to adapt to industry changes and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Notable Conference Projects 2023

We were engaged in a lot of great projects in 2023 and with the volume of work we did, we weren’t able to spend me time highlighting them last year. It’s better late than never to showcase these projects as we continue to improve our service offerings to be a stronger partner for our clients. As part of commitment to deliver innovative solutions for our conference clients, we’re excited to highlight our real time delivery and approval platform. This  cutting edge solution provides incredible value to teams that needs the fastest turnaround of assets as well as a platform to manage approval process with multiple stakeholders. Also with our facial recognition delivery platform, these technologies can take the imaging at conferences to the next level.

With many of these big conferences, we may not always be the main official photographer but we’re more than happy to support the hundreds of companies that attend these events. For this conference, we were serviced a specific group in google and provide over 60 hours of coverage with multiple photographers.
