So our good friend Justin Fone who’s an excellent wedding videographer hosted a premiere party at his loft space in SOMA tonight. Great event with a lot of the top vendors in the industry there. It’s sometimes a bit amazing to realize how much talent there is in your group of friends and it’s great to see everyone succeeding while maintaining their creative visions. Congratulations Justin! Ah gotta love the cell phone photo quality!
Coffee-table book albums have been really popular with the wedding clients lately. They’re like those gorgeous hardcover photobooks you can buy at MOMA, but with your own images. I’m pretty excited about this new style we’re offering this year. It’s a 10″x10″ coffee-table book with a leather cover, presented in a custom designed box. We participated in a new wedding fair for us up in Marin put on by Modern Bridal. There wasn’t quite the traffic we anticipated but we were really happy with the feedback we got. Several times we heard the word ‘artists’ used which is great to hear. We try hard and put a lot into our wedding photography so it’s nice to hear feedback that people see that in our work.
