Non Profit Projects

Over the years, we’ve partnered with a wide range of nonprofit organizations—from local Bay Area initiatives to nationally recognized groups such as WWF—delivering impactful video content that supports their mission and amplifies their reach.

This work is more than just a service offering—it’s a core part of how we approach our business. We believe in using our creative capabilities to support organizations driving meaningful change, while helping them communicate their story with clarity and impact.

As we look ahead, expanding our partnerships with nonprofits is a key priority. Through our Giving Back program, we donate select photo and video services each year, creating opportunities for organizations to access high-quality content that might otherwise be out of reach.

For nonprofits planning events, campaigns, or fundraising initiatives, this program is designed to elevate your visual storytelling and maximize engagement across your audience touchpoints.

Compassionate Chefs Cafe

Myleen and I donated part of our lazy Sunday to shoot this year’s Compassionate Chefs Cafe at the very delicious New Delhi Restaurant on Ellis Street. This was a lively Bollywood-themed event that benefitted both the Tenderloin After School Program in San Francisco and the Gandhi Ashram of New Delhi. We hear they raised over $16K! If you’re interested in working with Orange as part of our Social Photography program, please let us know.

Girlstock

Orange was on hand to capture the 5th Annual Girlstock in downtown Oakland as part of our social photography program. An excellent opportunity to see some local talent at intimate venues, plus the proceeds benefit two great organizations, The Positive Resource Center and Pets Are Wonderful Support. My favorite were the completely mesmerizing, sword-balancing Suhaila Salimpour belly dancers.

Supporting the Arts

As part of our Social Photography program, we often like to support other arts organizations, and Southern Exposure is a very cool group. We shot Momentum, their Annual Spring Fundraiser and Art Auction and one of the pieces up for the live auction was this Gus Van Sant piece. Personally I liked a piece that ended up going for upwards of $800 so I wasn’t able to take it home.
