The brief
The Up wrap party spanned two locations and hundreds of employees and guests. Pixar needed the preview screening, introductory remarks and party all covered, with onsite printing, and everything running smoothly.
Separately, Pixar’s internal photography team needed help creating staff portraits for an internal publication, matching the style already shot and coordinated across several photographers and shoot dates.
Our approach
Orange coordinated one team across both downtown Oakland venues, offering discreet coverage of the screening, roaming candid coverage of the party, and photo stations with custom Pixar creative. For the publication, we created environmental portraits of Pixar employees on an aggressive timeline.
