Over the past several years, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with the nonprofit division of AWS to support their annual conference—an event that brings together leading nonprofit organizations from across the country at their East Coast headquarters in Washington, DC.

Our engagement began with comprehensive photography coverage, focused on capturing the energy of the event—from keynote moments and breakout sessions to candid interactions that reflect the mission-driven community at the heart of the conference. As with many of our long-term partnerships, the scope evolved over time to support broader content and marketing goals.

In 2026, we expanded our role to include full-scale video production, delivering a series of sizzle reels designed to extend the life of the event beyond the conference itself. These highlight videos combine dynamic b-roll, key moments, and storytelling elements to create compelling assets for social, internal communications, and future event promotion—an approach we’ve refined across multi-day conferences and enterprise programs.

The result is a cohesive visual narrative—supported by both photography and video—that not only documents the event, but amplifies its impact.
