We photographed chef Aaron London of Ubuntu for the cover of Smart Meetings magazine last year and got to try out some food there as well which was a treat! This year, he’s a semifinalist for the James Beard Foundation’s Rising Star Chef of the Year Award. In the Bay Area we’re so fortunate to have a plethora of fantastic options for dining and some of the best chefs in the world. Also, a few years back we had taken our entire Orange team for an offsite in wine country and had lunch at Ubuntu so we’re happy that we got to go there as a team. Although they are on sabbatical right now, the yoga studio is still open and we look forward to going back to check it out once they reopen the restaurant portion! Congrats Aaron!
