The brief
SVB wanted to refresh its brand with updated, inviting imagery of employees across the country, with one look and feel that stayed on message across dozens of cities.
That meant adapting our headshot workflow to SVB’s established look, reworking delivery, keywording and asset management around its needs, and building a system any photographer could repeat in any city.
Our approach
We tested the new process at SVB’s 2016 National Sales Conference: three days and more than 500 headshots and portraits. Every session offered two looks, a professional headshot and a relaxed candid portrait, with a VIP experience for everyone from tellers to executives.
