Workday

Summary

Throughout the entirety of 2023, Workday partnered with Orange Photography through multiple production agencies to support a series of high-profile, large-scale corporate events across the U.S. These engagements required a consistent visual standard, operational flexibility, and the ability to deliver both experiential activations and fast-turn marketing assets—often under compressed timelines.

The partnership kicked off with Workday’s annual Sales Summit in Las Vegas, where Orange delivered comprehensive event photography coverage alongside the design, staffing, and management of six concurrent headshot stations over a three-day program. This activation supported thousands of attendees and served as a high-value talent and employer-branding touchpoint for Workday’s sales organization.

Each headshot station was fully branded and supported by Orange’s proprietary headshot workflow, enabling:

  • High-volume capture with a polished, executive-level look
  • Real-time image review and delivery options for attendees
  • Optional retouching services and post-event distribution
  • Seamless integration with the broader event schedule and show flow

Beyond headshots, our photography team provided full lifecycle event coverage, capturing keynote sessions, breakout rooms, sponsor activations, networking moments, and branded environments. Assets were curated and delivered with speed and consistency, allowing Workday’s internal teams and agency partners to immediately deploy imagery across internal communications, social media, and post-event marketing.

As the year progressed, Orange continued to support additional Workday programs in different markets, scaling crews up or down as needed while maintaining a unified visual style. Our nationwide associate network, centralized project management, and dedicated producer support allowed Workday and its partners to rely on a single agency model for:

  • National event photography coverage
  • Multi-station headshot activations
  • On-site logistics coordination
  • Brand-aligned visual consistency across events
  • Reliable, repeatable execution for complex programs

Outcome:
Workday benefited from a turnkey visual partner capable of supporting both experiential attendee activations and strategic content capture across multiple events. For event planners and agency partners, Orange functioned as an extension of the production team—reducing risk, simplifying communication, and delivering assets that performed long after the event concluded.
