The brief
MPI’s national magazine wanted to revamp its image and freshen its perspective on the World Education Congress, its largest annual production for thousands of influential meeting planners and professionals.
An onsite daily magazine added pressure: editors were working long hours to assemble the next day’s issue and needed artistic, professional images delivered on extremely short turnarounds.
Our approach
Orange and MPI worked together on a more stylish representation of the event, with a flexible team that could adapt to staffing and schedule changes. A cloud-based system handled proofing, delivery and galleries in one place. In 2011 we debuted our onsite delivery system and high-speed headshot setup at WEC, and it has grown in popularity every year since.
