01 · How a project works

Five steps from booking to payment

1. Sign the work agreement

Complete the work agreement to formalize the project details.

2. Get your confirmation

After you submit, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the project details, including your rate.

3. Review expectations

Read the associate guide for your role before the event.

4. Shoot the event

Carry out your assignment on the event date with precision and professionalism.

5. Get paid

Payment is processed on the 1st or 15th of the month, by direct deposit or check. How payment works

03 · Getting paid

No invoices. Paid twice a month.

We’ve streamlined payment so you never need to submit an invoice.

Pay dates

1st and 15th of every month

Example: a project on the 6th is processed by the 15th of that month.

Do I need to send an invoice?

No. Your project rate is included in your confirmation email, and we process your compensation automatically based on the project date.

Compensation is processed by the 1st and 15th of every month, based on your project date. For example, if your project falls on the 6th, it will be processed by the 15th of that month.

You’ll receive a separate email from our payment processor where you can choose to be paid by check or direct deposit. Payment arrives within 24 hours of the pay date.

Expectations for support roles

Arrive early

Arrive 15 minutes before the event start time and check in with the project lead.

Dress the part

Dress in black with a collared shirt, unless requested otherwise.

Client-first attitude

Bring a positive, customer-centric attitude to every interaction.
