Deniz & Chris’ wedding – Dog Patch Studios

So Deniz and Chris got married this past weekend and it was my first wedding of the 2008 season. They had their ceremony at Dog Patch Studios which is a nice photography studio here in San Francisco. We originally met Deniz through shooting some events and graduations for Carnegie Mellon West as well as for Azureus and now Vuze as well. Congrats you two!

Notice something on Howard Street?

So you may have noticed something this past weekend as we projected a few images against the inside of our windows at the Orange Photography studios on Howard Street in SOMA. Perhaps as you were getting a latte at Starbucks, a fill at the Andretti Speed Mart or a late night munchie fix at Burger King? Keep your eyes peeled as from time to time we’ll be doing this as a kind of guerrilla marketing test.

The Canon 1200mm lens…

So if you want us to name something after you at the studio (like the “Jane Doe gallery”) feel free to buy this lens for us – B&H has it in stock right now. There’s a good article posted on their site by Allan Weitz that talks about this lens with some sample shots that illustrate just how much of a tele this is!
