One photography team for every wave of Bank of America’s Spirit Award trips.

Winners from the east traveled west for golf and tours, while western winners headed east to Myrtle Beach and South Florida. The program ran for several weeks across nine cities.

Every wave needed a team versed in awards dinners, posed portraits with onsite printing, and candids in the blazing sun on rafting trips and the Florida Everglades, with assets flowing smoothly back to the A/V team and clients.

Orange staff and our associate photographers fully staffed each wave, with primary lead photographers coordinating local teams. We managed the lighting and printing technology for onsite portraits, and handled all photography logistics so planners could focus on the award winners.
