Over the past year, we’ve taken a step back and asked a simple question: How can we make it easier for event and marketing teams to find exactly what they need—faster, clearer, and with more confidence?
This latest website update is our answer.
Designed with planners, producers, and marketing stakeholders in mind, the new experience brings greater clarity to our core services, highlights the depth of our video capabilities, and introduces new programs built specifically for long-term partnerships and complex engagements.
A Clearer Structure Around Photo & Video Services
One of the biggest changes is a more intentional organization of our core offerings.
Photography and video services are now clearly separated and fully built out, with each major discipline having its own dedicated page. This allows teams to quickly navigate to the exact type of coverage they need—whether that’s a multi-day conference, a leadership meeting, or a branded content shoot.
On the video side in particular, we’ve refined our positioning to better reflect how clients actually engage with us. Video services are now broken down into four key areas:
- Conferences
- Meetings/Events
- Brand Marketing Promotions
- Nonprofits Stories
This structure aligns directly with real-world use cases—from large-scale, content-heavy conferences to more intimate executive meetings and ongoing brand storytelling initiatives. The videos showcased here capture the essence of our agency and the promotional and documentary video coverage we provide.
We’ve also introduced a dedicated videographer portfolio, giving you a more transparent look at our creative approach, production quality, and storytelling capabilities across industries. In additional, we also added a number of principal photographers a few of our key markets.
Introducing Our Preferred Partner Program
Another major addition is the launch of our Preferred Partner Program—designed for organizations looking to build consistency, efficiency, and long-term value across multiple engagements.
This program is especially relevant for event teams managing repeat programs, multi-city roadshows, or annual conferences.
Key highlights include:
- Streamlined planning and onboarding across events
- Consistent creative direction and brand alignment year over year
- Priority access to our nationwide network of vetted photographers and videographers
- Flexible pricing structures that support long-term engagement planning
At its core, the program is about partnership—not just project execution. It reflects how many of our most successful client relationships have evolved over time: collaborative, scalable, and built on trust.
A New Services Page Focused on Complex Engagements
We’ve also launched a new services page that speaks directly to one of our biggest strengths: managing complex, large-scale imaging programs.
For teams operating across multiple cities or over multiple years, consistency and organization become just as important as creative quality.
This page highlights capabilities such as:
- Multi-city and multi-year engagement management
- Centralized digital asset management systems
- Real-time, on-site newsroom services for immediate content delivery
These aren’t just add-ons—they’re essential tools for teams that need to capture, organize, and deploy content quickly across channels, stakeholders, and timelines. Our experience supporting nationwide programs has shown that having a single partner manage both production and asset flow dramatically reduces complexity while improving output.
