Dear readers, I am delighted to introduce to you the one, the only – Amelia Mulkey. Amelia is an actress, splitting up her time between San Francisco and her hometown Los Angeles. She wanted to update her headshots and make room for a new arsenal of looks for her portfolio. We planned a shoot at her house (which she lovingly refers to as “the sea monster”). We explored the sea monster, looking for the best light and backgrounds. I love photographing people in their homes! People feel comfortable on their home turf – it is especially helpful for wardrobe changes. It’s amazing how different these images are from one another, you’d never know they were taken in the same location!
