Announcing the Launch of Tara’s Wellness Sanctuary
We are thrilled to announce the official launch of Tara’s Wellness Sanctuary, a unique retreat nestled between the vibrant city life of Denver and the serene landscapes of Boulder. This vacation rental is not just an Orange investment but also a stepping stone to Jack spending more time in the area to build new business for Orange!
Winter 2023 Photography Studio Updates
The marketing team of Allianz engaged with us for their wonderful client reception at the venerable Ferry Building. Additionally, we were on the show floor at Riskworld interviewing their employees on video on how they support their clients in a risky world and how nice it was to be back in-person at these live events.
Recent Non-Profit Photography and Video Projects for Fall 2022
With so many corporate clients on our roster, it's always a nice change0up when we work with some of our favorite non-profits such as the World Wildlife Foundation. We had the chance to document one of their important events in NYC with regards to the challenges of plastic waste in the world.
Summer Highlights
We're excited to be working again with one of the industry leaders in large production management, Opus Agency. We've worked with them for many years prior to the pandemic and was grateful that we were about to serve them on a year-long engagement for Amazon Web Services. AWS hosts developer summits in numerous metropolitan cities and worked directly with us to manage their photo needs in all those markets.
Jack’s Southern Migration Tour
Jack embarked on a southern migration a few weeks ago to escape the Michigan winter and work on his multimedia project, Beyond the Cushion. Having been in lock down for the past several years like everyone else, this is the first time he is able to use this nimble conversion van for an extended period to efficiently travel and stay inconspicuous! It has been a fruitful journey being to interview a number of people for the project and see some of the less visited national parks! Here are a few small samples of the journey thus far.
We`ve had a blast covering FIFA World Cup events so far and although our own countries are out, it`s been a thrilling ride! Having been a huge fan of the World Cup (both the mens and womens) it`s been a joy to cover events and be at stadiums across North America. While now it`s down to the final four we`re still working events around the games through the final and of course watching the matches with other fans. While we can`t share shots from all of the events here`s a few featuring some greats we grew up watching including the great @USWNT legend @miahamm (!!!!) and @alessandrodelpiero (loved him for Juventus and Italy). It`s been a fun ride so far and having now shot at a World Cup, we`ve photographed all of the big three - Olympics, Super Bowl and now, World Cup! Excited to be shooting at the Women`s World Cup next year in Brazil as well! #futbol #FIFAWC26 #WorldCup
We had a sort of reunion with so many Orange Photography alumni at Stripe Sessions this week! Our own team of six covered the conference alongside many friends and former team members. It reminded us of how our connected our events community is here and how we all support each other and keep relationships going! #eventprofs #eventphotographers
About 90 mins outside of Las Vega`s is a little disperse camping spot know as steward`s point. I made it my base station (Jan 2025!) as I couldn`t get a campsite in Valley of the Fire State Park. Well, it turn out mighty fine location for my drone shots. Since I got in the late evening, I didn`t get the chance to scout for a more scenic campsite but I am not complaining!

It`s been about 5 days ago since I returned from my two month tour of the american southwest. The usual routine of doing alot of `productive` things have taken over and in the evenings, I take a break from being productive to look over the photos from the trip. I haven`t had much contemplation time these days but the trip did provide enough unproductive time to narrow the focus of life moving forward. photography will become a hobby again next year was one resolve to create more room for big picture stitching. Meanwhile, my first stop on this trip was Moab, the adventure capital city. I attempted a trial run in the backcountry of moab and failed to my delight. when everything is empty there is nothing to achieve.

So i got a bit lucky with the sunset at long dong silver spire in Hanksville, UT. Not too far off the highway and pretty close to Capitol Reef National park as well if you`re in the area. I almost missed the landmark because I stopped at the first spire i saw and it turn out that it was just a teaser spire. Nothing like a little whiskey to add to the confusion.

Earlier this year, I did an overnight at Canyon de Chelly National Monument in Aroniza. Being the winter months, the limited hiking trails were closed so I can only soak glory of this mystic valley from the top. The fact that there were still native americans living in the valley is `good`? Purification should transcend time and space.

Last January, I kicked off my annual pilgrimage to Vegas with a pit stop in Taos, NM. Warmer than Denver? Yes! Short weather? Not quite. I found myself more café-bound than outdoor adventurer. Everyone raves about Taos, but let’s be real: winter put a bit of a damper on my enthusiasm. Still, I’m definitely down to give it another shot—preferably when the sun`s out and I can actually wear shorts! ☀️🌄
