The difference between control and spontaneity

Tiffany and Rob had an amazingly fun time at the Casa de la Vista on treasure island! Since they were getting ready in the city, we decided to go downtown for the portraits before heading out to treasure island. Their wedding party was definitely one of the most outgoing and had a blast on the dance floor, some even lost their shirts on the floor as well! Meanwhile, the photo booth was also […]
I really enjoyed spending time with these two during their summer engagement session, so was looking forward to their big day in October. Rain was expected but the weatherman was thankfully wrong again. For anyone keeping track this year, that’s Andria-3, weatherman-1. After sharing the slideshow with them, I received an email from Jenn that began “OMG!!!” and continued with equal enthusiasm about the photos, and that just made my day. Thank you to Patty Nason […]

Disney music, snack packs & juice boxes, parents making silly faces to get a smile from their children, and racks of clothing filled the studio all day long. Jack did a great job of […]

The Mexican Party Bus was the ultimate ride to their ceremony in Golden Gate Park. All the flowers at Queen Wilhelmina Tulip Garden were in full bloom, and despite a bit of morning rain, the clouds held steady for their outdoor ceremony. We took the bus (blasting M.I.A.!) back to the Mission District where the fun continued at Heart wine bar. I’m thankful I get to photograph such awesome celebrations.

Our neighbors from around the corner called last week to have us capture a special World Series 2010 Giants moment. We enjoyed working with them to deliver a video showing how much fun the brewers had watching the game from their roof atop the famous Anchor Brewery. On a side note, we recently photographed the new owners when the brewery changed hands this past Fall. See the posting here.
