So Alician & John got married on New Years Day and we were at a chilly City Hall here in San Francisco.  Although it was cold outside, Alicia braved the elements and we had a good time running around town getting shots in various locations that had sentimental value to them.  This was one shot I liked personally from early in the afternoon…

One of the great things about shooting glitzy holiday parties (besides awesome catered food leftovers…) is having access to interesting venues. My favorites are the really old ones with original interior details. Apparently the Regency Center, built at the turn of the century, used to be a Mason lodge. Career Day @ Thurgood Marshall

So we participated in Career Day at Thurgood Marshall Academic High School here in San Francisco last week and it was a lot of fun.  Although students seemed pretty apathetic, it was cool that they were honest like the time I asked them if our group was less or more boring than the previous group and one girl blurted out “more”.
