Orange got to work with the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) on a video promoting their program and learn about their approach to creating a more peaceful, connected, and compassionate world.
Not long ago, we donated our time and services to the My New Red Shoes organization to photograph their event that gave away new shoes to underprivileged families. For us, it was very gratifying to capture the joy on the kids and families’ faces as they got to choose their new pair of kicks.
Orange had the opportunity to follow the crew at eBay as they got ready and marched in San Francisco’s 2019 PRIDE Parade.
As our video department is ramping up, it’s great to get projects that capture employees celebrating their company culture with fun, team-wide events and in this case, while also supporting a great cause.

The organization is a nonprofit whose purpose is to serve underprivileged children by providing them with clothes. This event in particular was a shoe giveaway where families would show up at their time slot and select a pair of shoes for the child to take home.

During our transition to being a virtual company, I took the opportunity to reexamine my own situation after being in the Bay Area for over 25 years. I had been considering relocating outside the Bay Area for some time but finding a mutually agreeable place with my ex hadn't been easy. Regardless, I decided to take a leap of faith and agreed to letting her move back to Michigan with my daughter for the next year. Since I wasn't quite ready to move to Michigan yet, I thought it would be a good time to become a 'digital nomad' and work on road.
